Coming to the study content, I'd say that the syllabus covered here in itself is quite comprehensive, especially the explanations.till now seems good.. practicing hard to clear nbde attempting all questions 1 st time hope will be able to attempt again so that I can remember themThe support was outstanding.

5. Consumer unfriendly and deceptive practices, refund please.Firstly, I forgot to cancel the subscription and the company was kind to look up my subscription and take the extra effort to refund my money.

6. My subscription was ending one month prior my exam and they extended it as par my request.

7. I also liked using it on the computer and having the option to see community questions there.

9. Sometimes the app does have a glitch where it highlights multiple answers but it is easy to see which one is correct when reading the explaination.I was clueless about the INDBE when I got this app(suggested by Matt).

10. Ofcourse, the experience with the app itself is quite great, considering the features which help in revisions and also the multi-platform interface.

1. Fix Dental Mastery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dental Mastery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dental Mastery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dental Mastery" » Open Dental Mastery: INBDE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dental Mastery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dental Mastery: INBDE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dental Mastery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dental Mastery: INBDE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dental Mastery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dental Mastery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dental Mastery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dental Mastery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dental Mastery not working

2. Fix Dental Mastery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dental Mastery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dental Mastery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dental Mastery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
