1. Please refund my money.I have been using this app for 2 semesters and really liked It! Just recently it stopped working...Really upsetting since it helped with my studying and I paid for it.App is shutting down and I barely got to use it! I'm requesting a refund and have not heard back from them yet.

1. Restart Pass It! Dental Hygiene: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pass It! Dental Hygiene App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pass It! Dental Hygiene" » Open Pass It! Dental Hygiene » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pass It! Dental Hygiene » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pass It! Dental Hygiene app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pass It! Dental Hygiene servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pass It! Dental Hygiene" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pass It! Dental Hygiene app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pass It! Dental Hygiene might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pass It! Dental Hygiene. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pass It! Dental Hygiene then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pass It! Dental Hygiene not working
