1. This one gives us digital keys is easy and fast to use and many other helpful things! I'm even able to text the front desk with any questions straight from the app! 10/10 would recommend it to anyone!App gets stuck with a modal that says "please wait" when trying to login.

It still beats not having a digital key at all!The app, which is intended to simplify the process of managing reservations and enhancing the hotel experience, proved to be quite difficult to use and fell short of my expectations.Navigating through the various features and menus felt clunky and counterintuitive.

3. I love being able to choose my room before arrival, and also having a digital key! The only reason that I've given the app 4 stars instead of 5 is because the location sensing in the app can be a little bit slow and cause you to have to wait longer than expected to use the digital key.

4. Versus using AI, I would hope they have assigned individuals to monitor and respond to messages for hotel guests.Love this app! We used to have problems finding our reservation EVERY single time when we booked with any other app.

5. The person helping me book had different prices than the ones on the app.Digital Key often does not work and the front desk(s) cannot help.

6. Some will forget to change the digital key when your room changes, and/or, it just doesn't work well when accessing your room or the elevator.

7. Laughably, the app pops up a "Call" button when you have a problem with the digital key, after you listen to the entire recording it directs you to the front desk anyway.

8. Using the Digital Key option, you can check in prior to arrival and choose your room.

9. Also, I love the digital key access, when it works.

10. The app is great for communicating with the hotel via direct messaging, but not all hotels/brands use this feature.

11. The layout was confusing, and important functions were buried deep within layers of menus, making it frustrating to find the information I needed.

1. Fix Hilton Honors Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hilton Honors: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hilton Honors App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hilton Honors" » Open Hilton Honors: Book Hotels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hilton Honors » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hilton Honors: Book Hotels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hilton Honors servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hilton Honors: Book Hotels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hilton Honors app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hilton Honors might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hilton Honors. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hilton Honors then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hilton Honors not working

2. Fix Hilton Honors Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hilton Honors be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hilton Honors not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hilton Honors may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
