Why should I report an Issue with 2Space - Multiple Accounts?

1. I have updated it but to no avail,pls try to figure out the problem.The app often cause some or the other problems..it doesn't open all of the sudden...very dissatisfied and disappointed with the app..Less than one star even , after 2 weeks that stupid App stopped working suuddenly and I couldn't even back up my messages , I couldn't my important files sent by my professors , 👎👎👎👎👎👎it's the worst app i have ever seen due to while you logging in u ought to see ad,to remove ads you should purchase monthly rate i don't recommend this app cause developers a##holes!After update you can't open this app anymore, i am afraid to lose my all data that's why I am still not logging it off .... Don't install or you'll also regret ... I kindly request them to fix this bug as soon as possible.... WhatsApp 2 is no more getting open in this appWorst app.

I am in great stress if to delete it or not as I ll loose my data.to be honest its s totally wasting tome and data application is full with ads very very bad experience there are alot of app like this try otherafter software update of my fone i couldnt open it again when i tried to reinstall the apps i didnt had a chance to open again everytime it kept crashing, 3times i tried to install uninstall useless..i couldnt retrieve my chat logs and detail, even tried to use another dual apps i entered my emaill it says couldnt find any backup now im doomed.

3. Too much ads and every time if I have to open the app, it takes me 3-5 minutes and the app has updated and it's not at all working it's just sending me the notification but not opening.

4. Pathetic experienceYour app was good along the line which was yesterday i've been trying to open my this app.but its not working.

5. Never even got it open once and to make matters worse, every time I got it to unfreeze, there was an ad following every single click I made.

6. The WhatsApp won't open chats after after a day.

1. Fix 2Space Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2Space: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2Space App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2Space" » Open 2Space - Multiple Accounts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2Space » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2Space - Multiple Accounts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2Space servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2Space - Multiple Accounts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2Space app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2Space might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2Space. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2Space then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2Space not working

2. Fix 2Space Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2Space be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2Space not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2Space may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
