1. Please provide a fix for the issue.Keeps stopping immediatley Install the app, works ok, come out of the app... Go back in and it shuts down straight away... Developers I'm sure you are aware of this problem from other reviews is this going to be sorted otherwise its usuless buying dj controllers that work solely with this app..??Wanted to check out the software before buying a controller.

Im really pissed!!!Does not work on my Android devices (Samsung S22 and Tab 7)Fake app not even worth 1 star but had no choice but to put one on app doesn't open at all reinstalled a few times what a bunch of rubbishNeed to fix this app ASAP, bought hercules dj console and can't use it anywere, such as dissapoitment.

3. Crashes on startup on both of my android devices, not great.Could not load tracks from phone to play, after going out and back into app it doesnt work at all.Does not work on my laptop and not on my tablet.

4. Seems nice but can't get to find songs even when putting into install directory :( settings also does not allow to browse all directories.

5. Even when all permitions are granted...Terrible, this app keeps crashing and after restarting my phone 50 times I got it to work.

1. Fix DJUCED App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DJUCED App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DJUCED App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DJUCED App" » Open DJUCED App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DJUCED App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DJUCED App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DJUCED App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DJUCED App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DJUCED App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DJUCED App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DJUCED App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DJUCED App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DJUCED App not working

2. Fix DJUCED App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DJUCED App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DJUCED App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DJUCED App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
