Walker's Link Customer Insights

1. Good day.I couldn't even get the earbuds to go into pairing mode... plus, It's bad when the app itself tells you to uninstall the app then reinstall it, to fix any issues?? How about the developers actually develop the app completely and work the bugs out?!? I've never seen an app tell the user to uninstall then reinstall the app just to fix a connection issue you may have.. that's ridiculous..Fix the app!! I'm tired of having to jump through hoops trying to get it to connect just so I can use my game ear.

2. Also I would expect the left and right ambient volume to be linked by defaut instead going to individual control every time the ear buds are turned off.As a software engineer / app developer, this app really needs to be scrapped and rebuilt.

3. I would really love to set it to 3/4 or 1/2 of the minimum setting.I'm using the silencer BT 2.0. I have found that unless you allow permission to your phones location and storage, the app doesn't behave.

4. An app that doesn't connect to the very devices it was specifically made to control, however, is no good.Completely worthless.

5. That leads right back to my first point...this should be developed as a native app! When the connection is made, the app itself does the job it was made to do.

6. Also if you wait until the headphones tell you that after the default 2 hours, and you open the app to disable it... it will just repeat that message several times and then maybe it will, maybe it won't shut off...but it will tell you 2-7 times.

7. I am wondering if some problems are being caused by the first page that wants location permission.

8. When the Bluetooth gods smile upon you, and let them connect on the first (or fifth...) try, it is mediocre at best.

9. Out of space..Not sure what happened in the update, but 4-28-23 (before the failure of an update that I CAN'T UNDO), the app worked fine.

10. That and the fact that the product is MADE IN CHINA brings up privacy concerns for me.

11. I have a raptor which has an auto-shutoff feature that warns when there is 1min left in the preset auto-shutoff period.
