1. Its working now! 😍 I can use my phone now as a monitor and I can even choose all the songs I want to sing using the platinum songbook app.Great app but everytime I update the songs, all of the songs in my favorite list were gone.

2. Takes minutes to open and requires internet always when using unlike the discontinued songbook app w/c practically serves its purpose to look up for songs on platinum karaoke.

3. However, updating songlists needs internet connection depending on the data charges.Finally, after receiving a discounted price of KS-1, my Family and I can now use a portable karaoke without any problem.

5. I really recommend it but you need a cooler system for KS-1 because of its compactibility–it cannot withstand higher temperatures–it doesn't have much cooling system in its size(you just need a Fan that is focused to the dvd).

6. I am using Piano XLSDTHIS AP IS COOL BUT: 👎You are disconnected from the internet, because you have to use your wifi connection betwn the player and your celphone.

7. You need a lot of patience to get a luck for successful login, I need to delete the saved KS10 mini SD link multiple times before you can thru but most of the times its not working.

10. For an affordable price, you can search through the screen or in your phone (or alternatively use your smartphone or tablet to be your screen for karaoke and record yourself while your at it?, haven't tested it yet that way).

1. Fix Platinum Link Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Platinum Link: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Platinum Link App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Platinum Link" » Open Platinum Link » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Platinum Link » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Platinum Link app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Platinum Link servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Platinum Link" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Platinum Link app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Platinum Link might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Platinum Link. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Platinum Link then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Platinum Link not working

2. Fix Platinum Link Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Platinum Link be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Platinum Link not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Platinum Link may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
