Why should I report an Issue with GoPro Quik: Video Editor?

1. Edit & post it the day of.I'd love it, but what's the point if your phone doesn't support the video quality? My phone makes the app useless.

2. When the app finally works, usually after countless restarts of the device, clearing of caches, trashing clips that seemed fine 1 minute and then corrupted the next, even resetting my network connections on my phone, it makes some cool edits but they are almost completely out of my control.

3. Slower and harder to load media, freezes and crashes regularly losing hours of editing work, and the other features are less self-explanatory and user friendly than before.

4. Typically, when an update is made, shouldn't that update be an IMPROVEMENT? This change clearly was not an improvement.Made several videos using this app and was always slow but now I can't get it to work at all.

5. The automatic clip suggestion is pretty nice.I thought this app was terrible before, but at least you could edit videos in a rudimentary way, now you can't even do that.

6. Now everytime you complete an edit on the app and try to save it to your phone, it will fail everytime the percentage gets to 81%.

7. Its almost to the point to start looking for other video editing apps.Constantly doesnt save.

8. Once on the cloud, that version does work on my phone now.

9. Edit: After playing with it a little bit, I uploaded a video anyway, even though it wouldn't play on my phone.

10. Now when you select your videos to edit, the app puts them all together and automatically selects everything, so you have no say in the transitions, order, ending, etc.

11. IT WILL NOT WORK3 stars because Quik won't finish preparing video for export! It gets 30-50% and then just hangs.

1. Fix GoPro Quik Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GoPro Quik: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GoPro Quik App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoPro Quik" » Open GoPro Quik: Video Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoPro Quik » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GoPro Quik: Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoPro Quik servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoPro Quik: Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GoPro Quik app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoPro Quik might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GoPro Quik. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoPro Quik then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoPro Quik not working

2. Fix GoPro Quik Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoPro Quik be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GoPro Quik not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GoPro Quik may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
