When I was recently in an accident, my nerves were going crazy and I forgot all of the information you need to get... then I remembered my app walks me through everything, taking pictures, exchanging info - it was awesome! I highly recommend downloading the Insurance Agent app!Maybe I missed the purpose of this app, but it seems pointless...I thought it would pull up my ID cards and insurance info, but it doesn't.

2. LOVE the one-tap connections to my agents.The app cannot be used as proof of insurance or policy per the BMV.This app is great for paying my insurance and being able to keep track of my car and house insurance.The app developers and team have fixed the app, I can now use it without issue.

3. I can only speak for what I do know and that is that I might have found the most understanding insurance agent in all of the US! Ashley took notes on everything I wonder from my insurance polish it she also made sure I wouldn't be comfortable making payments each month.

1. Fix Insurance Agent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Insurance Agent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Insurance Agent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insurance Agent" » Open Insurance Agent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insurance Agent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Insurance Agent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insurance Agent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insurance Agent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Insurance Agent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insurance Agent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Insurance Agent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insurance Agent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insurance Agent not working

2. Fix Insurance Agent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insurance Agent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insurance Agent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insurance Agent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
