1. We have to call and text trough app and it does not integrate our personal phone numbers - clients are confused.
2. I have appreciated my experience with Zillow Premiere Agent.Overall, this app has been very beneficial and impactful as a CRM and lead system, incuding to use a direct source for FSBO properties.
3. Additionally, I received a lead call while downtown and it was breaking up like I was somewhere rural.
4. We'll be in a meeting and iPhones will recover the call first and then 2-3 seconds later it will start ringing on my droid.
5. Whenever I receive a call and then later have a text message it splits apart the contact.
6. They recently changed it so that client phone calls come through the app instead of as a normal call.
7. This means they can come in when you are already on the phone, or you can be on a call on the app and your phone starts ringing.
8. I lost the call and the lead.
9. All notifications are turned on but as mentioned, I don't get "new message" notifications.There's a delay in Android phones compared to iPhones.
10. The calling through the app, when a new connection comes through, drops the call even with perfect signal.
11. Every time I answer, usually right when it pops up it tells me that someone else on my team has already answered the call.
