1. And I could find best options in this app.. only problem is when I watch downloaded episode subtitle will not change to next episodes otherwise I turn on mobile data.
2. I just demand to look after this problem.Whenever I download any episode they don't appear with subtitles if the network is off .
3. One thing I just don't like is how slow the episodes download if you want to watch without WiFi, I'm not sure if it's just happening with my device but for me downloading 16 episodes takes 5+ hours but sometimes it can be a bit quicker.

5. The only problem is however that without internet connection the subtitles don't show up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HiTV Issues
1. Fix HiTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart HiTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the HiTV App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HiTV" » Open HiTV - HD Drama, Film, TV Show » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HiTV » click "UPDATE".
- Clear HiTV - HD Drama, Film, TV Show app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HiTV servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HiTV - HD Drama, Film, TV Show" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check HiTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HiTV might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall HiTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HiTV then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HiTV not working
2. Fix HiTV Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HiTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HiTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HiTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Dear HiTV Support Team,
I’ve been an active user on HiTV since mid-June, regularly saving a significant amount of content to my watchlist. Recently, the app logged me out unexpectedly, and when I tried logging back in, I received an error stating that my account no longer exists.
I have not violated any terms and have used the app daily for months. Since my account was created with a temporary email address that I can no longer access, I’m concerned that I won’t be able to retrieve the hundreds of titles I saved.
Could you please assist me with account recovery? I am reaching out in the hope that there may be a way to verify my account through recent activity or other details, as the content saved there was extremely important to me.
I appreciate any help you can provide and look forward to your response.
