1. So for me this app is a hopeless useless waste of space.I got a few bus tickets on the app which were a reasonable price, then I bought some flights on it, not giving the price much thought as I thought it would be much the same, a few extra pounds for the service.

2. DO NOT buy your tickets using this app! example: last night a ticket from Dunkeld to Inverness (for the next morning) cost £84.

3. gives the train schedule just fine, but the price of tickets is consistently 20% to 200% more expensive than just buying them in person after boarding.

4. Uninstall3d straight away.Its a very bad experience with this app as i am not able to cancel a fully refundable ticket since a last few days! And there is practically no way to reach out to customer service, that actually works.My exoeriebce with this app and service is fully good.

5. Very frustrating especially since our train tickets are store on the app.I tried to use the app for finding different routes for three different travels.

6. The ticket price for the same journey £18.00, the other well known app £16.70. Obviously Omio is adding a fee.

7. Unlike literally every other travel app you can get, that has a form of the ticket QR code that mitigates the need to print the ticket if you don't have access to a printer, in this app you still have to print your ticket.

8. Won't be using the app again.Easy to use, has all the relevant information with smooth access to the tickets and orientation.

9. They don't send updates on train schedules and then refuse to give full refunds when you miss your train because of them.

1. Fix Omio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Omio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Omio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Omio" » Open Omio: Train and bus travel app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Omio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Omio: Train and bus travel app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Omio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Omio: Train and bus travel app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Omio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Omio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Omio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Omio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Omio not working

2. Fix Omio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Omio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Omio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Omio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
