Why should I report an Issue with DexPoke - Pokédex for Android?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of BLL Studio to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Its a good app, and it allows you to see mega evolutions and items and such, but there are waaaaaaay to many advertisements (everytime I click on something there's an ad) and theres a weird glitch with buneary in which it shows a picture of either a bulbasuar or a charmander rather than an actual buneary.As soon as I got onto this app, it told me that I had to buy the premium version for all the added parts (locations, team builder, gym leaders etc).

2. Would of been a 3 but theres an ad with every page change or click i make which ruins the whole app.. Super anoying so im uninstallingThis is over-all, a good app! It has as much info that would be helpfull to the Pokemon comunity.

3. If you are going to ask for a premium for certain services, you should first show that your app is good on the free version.Okay with information, no way to sort dex by games and low quality pictures.

4. The pictures of the pokemon are low quality, some features are premium even though i use a better app where everything is free, and it doesnt give you as much info as the app i use.

5. There are a few annoying adds... but other than that it's really good (even though the pictures of pokemon are low resolution).

6. I think itd also be cool if it worked compatible with GO.The only negative thing I feel you should do is fix the numbers for each pokemon and keep the megas with the same number as what they are.

7. 5/5 can't wait for the shiny variants to come out in the future.I reinstalled it, but its still isnt very good.

8. But for the rest, it has everything, locations, attack, etc for every generation in a really intuative interface.I think everything about this is great.

9. The only reason I noticed this was becuase I saw Vivillon wasn't #666 in the DeX as she's suppose to be.

10. The app itself was advertised as free, but the only way that you could fully use the app was with paying.This app is amazing.

1. Fix DexPoke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DexPoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DexPoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DexPoke" » Open DexPoke - Pokédex for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DexPoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DexPoke - Pokédex for Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DexPoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DexPoke - Pokédex for Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DexPoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DexPoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DexPoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DexPoke then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DexPoke not working

2. Fix DexPoke Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DexPoke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DexPoke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DexPoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
