1. but DO NOT like your busines practices First we where charged full price of $4.99 for removing the logo instead of the $0.99 sale price tgat was offered at the time but on my bill shows I was charged $04.99 WHY? which brings to my second point it seems you won't let a a user pay one price for all the effects at one time and be done with it.

2. But other than that, it's a rlly cool app.I love this app for editing my videos.......but when I try to create a slideshow of my photos, it's useless.

3. I do not like the text adder doesnt work most of the time, and some features that it shows available are not & obviously to buy.This is really a very amazing app and probably one of the best video editing software I have ever seen... The effects are really great.

4. Loved it... 😊At first I really loved it but recently when adding music to my videos the sound cuts off after 2 minutes.

5. I downloaded some of the Pro effects and music and it's easy to make .gifs and to insert the effects into the videos.

6. The photos seem to download okay, the music seems to download okay, everything but the 'theme' seems to download okay.

7. The graphic contents that makes the themes are also sensational! I really love it so much!It will be a good app if you can search up and song you want.

8. Plz add the sound adjustment options to each and every clip, so that we can increase the volume or we can mute the clip and also arrange the option like recorder, to record the audio and to use it as a voice over.

9. No you only offer a month to month charge for all the effects like a money grubbing developer.

10. If I am going to create a slideshow of photos, why would I just choose 15 photos? I'd at least need twice that amount.

11. and if you have transitions I will love this app but it don't have that.its just plain and the music is not really music its sounds.

1. Fix Vizmato Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vizmato: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vizmato App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vizmato" » Open Vizmato - Video editor & maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vizmato » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vizmato - Video editor & maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vizmato servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vizmato - Video editor & maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vizmato app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vizmato might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vizmato. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vizmato then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vizmato not working

2. Fix Vizmato Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vizmato be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vizmato not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vizmato may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
