1. I tried about 10 times before uninstalling the app.Will update rating if anything changes! I received a business email from Brian Freeman, asking me to join, including code to receive "premier consideration" for campaigns, however there was no place to use the code during or after sign up, I sent a reply to Brain Freeman which I received an auto reply to.

2. Beware!! I had enjoyed doing campaigns through Heartbeat in the past without issue; however, I never received payment for the 2 most recent campaigns done in June even after reaching out through email multiple times.

3. Update: There's a "Down for Maintenance" message up now! That's promising! I'll fix my review once it's resolved.Getting my instagram account verified was not automatic and required an email to the team.

4. I signed up using a link in the email from and then was prompted to dowbload the app so that I coukd find campaigns.

5. My account has been verified! Since installed, I've tried to verify my social media account a bunch of times and it keeps giving me an error.

6. Useless app I guess.I downloaded this app after learning about it from an email sent by their Founder & CEO (??) Brian Freeman.

7. Tried to email them several times and no one seems to care to respond back to fix the issue.

8. I have three email addresses and none of them worked worked I can't reset password because I constantly get an error and have for 2 weeks now.

9. It's pretty sketchy to apply for so many campaigns and not get chosen for ANY of them.UPDATE - Yeah my rating is still a one star.

10. Signed up but now it's saying my email address can't be found yet my ig handle is taken.

1. Fix Heartbeat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Heartbeat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Heartbeat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Heartbeat" » Open Heartbeat for Ambassadors » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Heartbeat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Heartbeat for Ambassadors app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Heartbeat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Heartbeat for Ambassadors" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Heartbeat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Heartbeat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Heartbeat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Heartbeat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Heartbeat not working

2. Fix Heartbeat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Heartbeat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Heartbeat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Heartbeat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
