1. It then takes you back to the app, where it asks for your number again and does the same thing!If I could rate 0 I would! Have tried at different times for the last 5 months to set this app up but it just does not work! Try to verify with my phone number and doesn't send me anything so I tried with my email and it just buffers and does not do anything! I waited half an hour one day watching it go round and round and still did nothing!! Do not install!😡😡Uninstalled immediately when the app refused to run without being allowed access to take photos and record video.

2. Will be using alternate suppliers as I had no trouble setting their apps.This app is poor, it asks for your mobile number to validate, yet it does not send the code to do so.

3. It also charged my credit card and didnt refund the amount taken so if they take $1 from ALL of their customers then they are profiting like scammersI've installed this up approximately two weeks ago and it still does not work.

4. It also says you can activate it via email, it sends the email but does not work either.

5. It does not verify email or give the OTP code.

6. Absolute joke! Asks for your number to register, it doesn't send you a text to confirm.

7. Come on, fix your app!! And let people load it! even if they have reduced functionality!!The App fails to send out verification text messages or emails despite repeated attempts.

8. Terrible.never received OTP SMS code! app will not load without allowing all permissions and even when you do, STILL won't even load unless you enable Google Location Accuracy.

9. You click resend code, still doesn't work.

10. Mine is installed but I can't go any further plus machine to upload info into the database at the station doesn't work.

11. Not sure why this is necessary! Also wouldn't run without being allowed access to my location all of the time.

1. Fix GB Fuels Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GB Fuels: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GB Fuels App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GB Fuels" » Open GB Fuels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GB Fuels » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GB Fuels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GB Fuels servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GB Fuels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GB Fuels app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GB Fuels might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GB Fuels. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GB Fuels then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GB Fuels not working

2. Fix GB Fuels Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GB Fuels be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GB Fuels not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GB Fuels may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
