1. It's an "ok" app to grab all your audiobooks and have them on one shelf, but the app itself is very poor; crashing, disconnecting randomly, disconnecting with Google Maps while driving...that is a nightmare trying to get your book back on while on the highway.A decent app, but only real reason to use is that there are audio books on here not available through audible.
2. If I get a notification of any kind, it pauses the book and won't start itself up again (on a Pixel 3A), and I'd love it if there was a sleep timer introduced! Something to fall asleep to and set for 30 minutes or so would be great.Edit 6/15: It doesn't even play paid content correctly.
3. So if you download a 13 hour audio book, you better do it all in a single unbroken session, theres no way to listen to chapter one while the rest downloads.Downloaded it to buy the Angels of Death soundtrack.
4. Also if you stop it and close your phone it clears the now playing, but leaves the notification bar that gives you the option to play what you were listening to.
5. Just need tweaks. The app is a convenient way to access all of BLs audio work and they organize it between books and fully developed audio dramas which is nice.
6. If you are listening to it while driving and have Google Maps on, it will stop the audio when google gives you directions.
7. Its good because what it does (give you 40K books in an audio format) is really good and solid I never have an issue with this app freezing or anything.
8. Not complex things, just basic things like being able to search their catalog by author, or having some of the books in collections lists like the Guant's Ghost novels or Cain novels.
9. It's constantly closing the audio book, forcing me to pull my phone out and re-select it.
10. The only thing I can say it does well is facilitate the listening to audiobooks and dramas that I don't have in my Audible library.
11. And audio files are downloaded in their entirety, and not by chapter or part.
