May have to upgrade the phone to use this app.Not user friendly, they ask for far to much info, won't let you change any of your information (has a previous address set as my primary and won't let me change it to my current address, yet it has my current driver's license witch is in a different state as the old address) , if you pick fishing you really shouldn't have to go through and pick everything associated with fishing as a bonus option, and the prices combined with their bs regulations.

2. There is a problem in the coding that won't recognize the date format for when you want to start and finish your license.They keep saying it's fixed.

3. Worst 30 MB on my phone.For the past two years I can't check out on the app or online, items are in my cart I input my credit card info and I click "pay now" and nothing happens, I click again nothing happens, it's terrible.

4. The only thing it is good for, is keeping the electronic version of the license.

5. Yes my andriod and computer are both up to date, tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, clear cache, etc.
