2. Bit hard to know if you are in a marine parkCan't even open the app anymore (Samsung galaxy S21 ultra) would be real handy when I'm camping without internet next week! Used to be a good app when it worked.I can't open the app, it crashes after opening for a split second.Good information but should have a visual way of identifying a fish when caught.

3. Time to get real and give us a useful app, not this rubbish.Location on the app works when on land and shows my exact location but when I'm on the water it still shows my last land location.. phone is Samsung a51.

4. I have repeatedly uninstalled, rebooted phone and reinstalled since early July and no success.This app is a joke, looks like it's been written by a 6year old.

5. You can't even search for a fish by body, fin, tail shape or colour, you have to know what fish you've just caught so you can see size/bag limits.

6. But you get caught with the wrong sized fish, they'll gladly give you a fine and take your equipment off you.

1. Fix SA Fishing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SA Fishing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SA Fishing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SA Fishing" » Open SA Fishing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SA Fishing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SA Fishing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SA Fishing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SA Fishing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SA Fishing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SA Fishing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SA Fishing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SA Fishing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SA Fishing not working

2. Fix SA Fishing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SA Fishing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SA Fishing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SA Fishing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
