1. Sometimes it stops refreshing after 20sec (log out/in again) or it will work for 5 mins...uselessNo issues correct and up to date0 stars, the worst trackers i ever used and the app is worse! Doesn't load the map half the time, won't show trip history on one vehicle and takes ages to load if it loads at all, A word of advice for anyone looking to get a tracking system do not go near this it is beyond uselessBordering on unusable.

In other words, I paid them £100 for air, and when I complained that they never mentioned these fees, they arrogantly replied that it was allowed and legal, and thatsome reason keeps saying cant connect when signing in is any1 else experiencing this problem as trying to ave a look at tracking one of my vehicles etc but wont let me sign in to see the vehicle and where it isVery slow.
3. I'll be cancelling my service as soon as I have the time to arrange an alternative.Worse update ever, now I don't get any notifications when any of my vehicles move or leave a geofence, need sortingSince last update I get no notifications whatsoever.
4. Stuff being copied to the clipboard and pasted on every login, no way to close it, then next time you open it, you have to log out first and then login again to actually get some data.
5. When the app is dormant for a few minutes and I open up the app again to load a live map it doesn't want to load and sits there trying to refresh.
6. We have now lost the markers for stops when looking at a whole trip but retain all the events which just clutter the screen with their giant useless icons.
7. The red line marking the journey is too thick and you loose finer detail of a driver journey unless you zoom in but see above re: problems with that! Get back your old app devs!Hello.
8. I agreed, renewed our cooperation, and after a few weeks, they came up with a scheme that resulted in my direct debit being cancelled and me being charged £50 twice.
9. A long process when you're doing it every time you wish to view the location of your vehicles.
10. It is actually that bad that it is easier from a mobile devise to open and login to the website and work from there.
11. If this isn't fixed once my contract is over I'll be looking for a more convenient tracker.Very amateurish build in so many ways.
