A great app overall.Waste of time went through the whole process, even having to send them tonnes of documents to prove identity, only to be told once the application was accepted that apparently I had rejected the credit agreement section for the first bit of the sign up when it tells you what limit you're eligible for.

2. You guys need to reassessEasy and quick to apply uploaded my drivers license and account was open in no time at all with the added bonus of a credit facility.

1. Fix The Credit Thing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Credit Thing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Credit Thing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Credit Thing" » Open The Credit Thing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Credit Thing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Credit Thing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Credit Thing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Credit Thing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Credit Thing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Credit Thing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Credit Thing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Credit Thing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Credit Thing not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Credit Thing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Credit Thing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Credit Thing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
