However can it be configured to capture the images of stranger that only touches or picks the mobile device or even trying to gamble with one's pin while it is locked?THIS APP WORKS GREAT but turns out I don't need the app since "my people" have been so trustworthy (tho I'm really just too boring to spy on 🤪) and my phone is password protected, including thumb print, so, all I truly get from this app are my own sour face shots recorded at up my nose angles each time I unlock my own phone.

Thank you.☮I love this app its just one thing that could make it better and worth 5 stars Hey wouldn't it be just super if you can take a picture or short video of someone that makes an attempt at unlocking you're phone and is not successful so you can be aware of someone who is interested in going through your phone without your permission and they are assuming its unlocked or that they have the code also allow us to to change the name or hide the app so its not visible on main screenThe application works well for me.

3. Please.It works as intended however having the "warning" icon on the notification bar is really annoying and when dropped down it does nothing... It's a useless and annoying notification...Thank you for fixing this app! The photos are much brighter and clearer☺...I have a snooping friend that comes to visit sometimes and they hit my phone when I'm sleeping or showering.

4. Also wish that they had a password so not just anyone could access the app once the phone is unlocked.It's a great app but it would be even better if it didn't activate on face unlock.

5. Rarely does my housemate try to get into my phone in the day time, so all I get are black photos from the middle of the night.

1. Fix WTMP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WTMP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WTMP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WTMP" » Open WTMP: Who Touched My Phone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WTMP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WTMP: Who Touched My Phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WTMP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WTMP: Who Touched My Phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WTMP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WTMP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WTMP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WTMP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WTMP not working

2. Fix WTMP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WTMP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WTMP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WTMP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
