Why should I report an Issue with FreeStyle Libre 3 – US?

1. Without the ability to change the volume of the alarms, it's not a viable system for me.The sensor is great.

2. I was concerned that the app had a 2.2 rating, maybe this is why.The alarms are extremely annoying! You can't turn them off, change the volume +ring tone, or set them to vibrate without turning off your phone.

3. Also add the ability to rescan the sensor, right now you can only do it by reinstalling the appI love the device, but the APP is TERRIBLE!! It has made my phone almost constantly restart.

4. Most importantly, the ability to change the volume of the alarms.

5. Being able to scan blood sugars and note what you did would be helpful.Sensor is great, Bluetooth has been just fine.

6. But after wasting 8 hours in 2 days, 2 sensors, 3 customer service calls, rebooting my phone several times and told to uninstall and reinstall it 4 times.

7. The main reason I switched back to my Dexcom G7 was the ability to customize my alarms.

8. If need reference of how a chart should work, please take a look at any finance app that displays stock prices (Google Finance or TradingView is a good place to start).

9. There are useful features, but the most important -- the ability to go back on the graph and determine exact high/low levels -- is missing.

10. I also wish you could have in app sounds to choose from because the default sound blasts through the store and embarrasses me in front of everyone.I wish I could get it to work!!! I was very excited about using it.

11. The 2 stars for true continuous monitoring and ease of set up and pairing with the Libre 3 itself.Works but does the bare minimum.

1. Fix FreeStyle Libre 3 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FreeStyle Libre 3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FreeStyle Libre 3 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreeStyle Libre 3" » Open FreeStyle Libre 3 – US » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreeStyle Libre 3 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FreeStyle Libre 3 – US app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreeStyle Libre 3 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreeStyle Libre 3 – US" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FreeStyle Libre 3 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreeStyle Libre 3 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FreeStyle Libre 3. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreeStyle Libre 3 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreeStyle Libre 3 not working

2. Fix FreeStyle Libre 3 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreeStyle Libre 3 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreeStyle Libre 3 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FreeStyle Libre 3 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
