1. RTV 4 and Channel 7.. some series from Channel 7 are pretty good.. Even Dhamma talks are really good to listen.. I recommended Pyone Play application.. When i go back from my work, i always watch it... Thank you Pyone Play... Keep moving ahead.

2. i'm one of this application user..❤❤💔I like it so much, but during these days, when I watch the previous episodes, the video suddenly stops showing" play back error:null" on the black screen.I would like to know what has happened.

3. I can no longer watch any of the videos from the app so please fix it.It is really good to watch Myanmar popular application... Especially we are far away from our mother country... I always watch it.. Especially i miss my home and my country.. My favorite channel is.

4. As of Sept 2021, no improvement still... I couldn't watch all dramas and series since last year Nov.. Why are you taking so long to fix the problems?At first, I used this app to rewatch the episodes of the series that I have missed .

1. Fix Pyone Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pyone Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pyone Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pyone Play" » Open Pyone Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pyone Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pyone Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pyone Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pyone Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pyone Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pyone Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pyone Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pyone Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pyone Play not working

2. Fix Pyone Play Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pyone Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pyone Play not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pyone Play may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
