Keep it up 👍🏼I've been using flexiroam for a few years now.. very happy with the quality of services and especially the whatsapp support team.. very responsive, and assistance is provided until the problem is solved .. prices are very reasonable also for someone who needs data constantly, especially abroad.. keep it up .I've been using Flexiroam for a year now.

2. The customer support can't cope with the amount of complaints and I must say good bye.Amazing app , i travel very often and i always use Flexiroam , and the help center there is veeery helpful , i do appreciate the help staff for what they have done for helping me to connect.

3. However due to their good customer service they deserve 5 stars.very quick to respond in customer service .. in multiple countries I've been, as soon as I face any issue with connectivity, I just send a note on messenger or WhatsApp, and almost immediately I get a response.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FlexiRoam Issues

1. Fix FlexiRoam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FlexiRoam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FlexiRoam App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlexiRoam" » Open FlexiRoam: eSIM & Data Plans » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlexiRoam » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FlexiRoam: eSIM & Data Plans app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlexiRoam servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlexiRoam: eSIM & Data Plans" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FlexiRoam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlexiRoam might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FlexiRoam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlexiRoam then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlexiRoam not working


2. Fix FlexiRoam Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlexiRoam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlexiRoam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlexiRoam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Reported Issues

Note: Issues displayed have already been sent to the developer and are older than 7 days.

  • When I try to login to my account on my IPhone 14 Pro, with my email (aferkl@redacted) it says "Try Again!", "You have reached maximum number of registrations with same device.". If you can remove the other registrations on my device that would be great as I would like to just use the aferkl@redacted as my only email for my account.
