1. I have several facilities approved and nothing.i think it posted shifts for a week but of course,it was 2-10 and never posted anything else.for awhile i was also blocked from the app and had to reinstall.not worth it and a waste of timeStay away, I never had a chance to set up a full account, and mysteriously I was blocked, I reached out to a customer service rep, they never resolved the matter.

2. Reinstall then input info, you can then return to picking up shifts.I have been active since maybe August probably longer then that.it is now Nov and i have yet to have any active shifts available.

3. And that interferes with my money cause I won't be able to clock in or out.I have uploaded everything but it's still saying approval needed.. That's been since February I've Uninstalled the app and reinstalled a few times but still not workingI give this app a negative 1.

4. I tell all of my friends about fleetnurse app and how easy it is to use.I do not like this app cause it keeps messing up & in order to see shifts you have to Uninstall & install the app in order for it to act right.

5. I've been on app over a year and was told when I get blocked, you must reinstall the app.

6. I frequently miss out on shifts because of poor notification of shift availability.

7. That is providing the shift doesn't get cancelled.I see several people complaining of being blocked.

8. Told to contact a number to see if there were any shift available I which I did and was told to go to my app to check shift availability.

9. Started to get shifts and all of a sudden I was blocked.

10. ThanksCan't explain how much I love fleet nurse and the fleernurse app..I've never had a issue they couldn't fix In a matter of minutes.

11. I keep it because when I do get to accept a shift it pays better than the others.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FleetNurse Issues

1. Fix FleetNurse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FleetNurse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FleetNurse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FleetNurse" » Open FleetNurse » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FleetNurse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FleetNurse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FleetNurse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FleetNurse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FleetNurse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FleetNurse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FleetNurse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FleetNurse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FleetNurse not working


2. Fix FleetNurse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FleetNurse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FleetNurse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FleetNurse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I work shift Sept. 3, 2021 6pm to 10 pm @ 23$ at regency village skilled nursing facilities but how do I send in my time because I don't have a timesheet so who do I contact about this problem
