1. Can never talk to a real person Horrible experience!!!!Horrible I have placed one order and it took forever to get then I needed to return a pair of pants and they Don't have anything telling me how so I emailed customer service and they said I only have 2 weeks after my order or they are not responsible but still haven't told me how to return it .

It doesn't add everything you think you're adding to your wishlist, it won't let you delete things in payment pending, it doesn't show all you've viewed or liked, it won't let you add your birthday, it keeps telling you to sign in to sync when you're already signed in, it won't let u add promo codesThe clothes were overpriced and cheaply made.

And my second or its been over 3 weeks and they are still processing and I had to look that up on their app to find that out because they have sent me over a dozen emails wanting me to buy more but not noBought 2 pairs of jeans exact same size and could not pull up one at all and the bottom was not hemmed.

4. I've been trying to return 3 out of the 4 pairs of jeans I received 3 weeks ago.

5. Don't bother shopping with this app unless you want poorly made clothes and awful, unresponsive customer service for returns and refunds.Not worth the hassle.

6. The leggings set that I got is perfect for everyday use or even work outs! The best part is my husband absolutely loves when I wear the leggings he is obsessed with the way they look! I love everything about the products and the app I've recommended all my friends and family to the app!!!!I'm addicted to the unique things on this app, but it needs lots of work, & they have plus sizes in almost all of the cute stuff.

7. Will NEVER buy here again.Not great! Its been almost two weeks now since I placed an order.... still no tracking number.

1. Fix Flamingo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flamingo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flamingo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flamingo" » Open Flamingo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flamingo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flamingo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flamingo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flamingo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flamingo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flamingo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flamingo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flamingo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flamingo not working

2. Fix Flamingo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flamingo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flamingo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flamingo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
