FIXD OBD2 Scanner Customer Insights

1. Checking the history of the car on a paid subscription, but if you try to do this, the program will redirect you to a free site, where there is almost 0 information, how do you like that? The sensor can only go to the number of revolutions, speed and engine load, wow, it's so unusual🤦I can see this product being useful for people who aren't car-savvy.

2. They will try to set you up automatically with a yearly 70 dollar subscription after 15 days, but you can call them to cancel it (if you can find the number! Location: in the app under premium features tab) Some features you can use the product with without the premium features, but the extent of the functionality I am not aware of as I didn't try it before requesting a refund or watch their videos.I like this product.

3. The scanner won't connect to my phone for some reason and I've tried everything it flashes blue so I know it's getting power I have good cell signal and the Bluetooth is on and the scanner shows up on my device list.

4. I've hit pair.. doesn't work, I hit scan for sensor in app.. doesn't work I've turned on classic Bluetooth settings.. doesn't work.

5. I was able to clear the codes using the app.The sensor and app work just as described.

6. Both the company and the app are complete garbage! It took contacting them several times to finally get my account closed, and in the mean time they've charged me once again for their "premium subscription," stating I canceled after the date.

7. I NEVER leave negative feedback, but this company and the app are both nothing but colossal scams. It reads codes just fine, but that's where the good of it ends.

8. Though I was unable to use one of the suggested shops for the work I was able to leverage this at the shop of my choice.

9. With the premium membership, the app also provided nearby shops that could do the work and had a guaranteed price.

10. Even worse is when you go to the website for answers, there are all kinds of nice features shown that are apparently no longer part of the deal, even with the overpriced, underwhelming subscription.

11. Sensor data also is lacking - even in scenarios when I get 0 errors on my vehicle, I don't have context around what sensors were scanned (or how many).
