Why should I report an Issue with FIMO - Analog Camera?

1. Before this we could simply purchase new films as need and want dictated, and that was fine; now the devs went full Adobe on us, and I don't feel like paying the former price of one film every month in order to use the one or two I am interested in.

2. Thanks again! I think others have asked for future features such as being able to use all of lenses, magnifications, and frame size on phones such as the the S21.It's a great app for exploring different types of camera rolls.

3. I agree with other folks that we shouldn't be forced to have borders on certain film types.

1. Fix FIMO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FIMO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FIMO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FIMO" » Open FIMO - Analog Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FIMO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FIMO - Analog Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FIMO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FIMO - Analog Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FIMO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FIMO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FIMO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FIMO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FIMO not working

2. Fix FIMO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FIMO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FIMO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FIMO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
