1. This enables a fully mobile raw workflow directly from the camera, without losing the raw-quality of the pictures. - Supports all major raw photo formats (ex some Fuji, see below) and latest DNG-version (v1. - Supports wifi-import on wifi-enabled PTP/IP-capable cameras (e. g. - Supports DNG-to-DNG conversion to losslessly compress DNG-pictures taken with the phone camera (e. g.
2. Import raw photos from the camera directly per Wifi-connection (camera must support wifi and PTP/IP protocol).
3. Convert all major raw photo file-formats into DNG, JPEG or TIFF - while maintaining full metadata.
4. DOES NOT SUPPORT CR3 YET - the CR3 format is a proprietary Canon format that does not have open-source support yet and Canon is not releasing specifications.
5. Compress phone camera DNGs by ~60% without loss of information.
6. When converting to DNG, the files maintain full raw quality but can be directly imported into photo-editors like Snapseed, Lightroom, etc.
7. Disclaimer: Lightroom is a trademarks of Adobe, Snapseed is a trademark of Google.
8. Please note: Many Fuji-cameras do not convert correctly due to their complex/non-standard sensor pattern.
9. This application is not associated with either.
1. Phone is a Samsung A53 5g.Have been using the apps for years now to convert my .nef (nikon raw file) to .dng so that i can edit them in snapseed, before the app was working fabulously but since few weeks or months once the files are converted to .dng the quality of the photos are very bad...completely disappointed. Was working really nicely with files from my Nikon D200, but with my Z6, the colours are terrible.
2. Note: I open all dng files in Snapseed.I'm having some issues with nikon raw files, I appear to be able to convert NEFs from my d7500 just fine, but when converting my raws from a z6 mk ii I get very strange streaks of color (the image does not resemble the actual photograph, it is closer to abstract art) kinda remeniscent of a histogram.
3. The developers need to add some basic viewing features and a couple of other things that anyone who is trying to manage their photos to even the most elementary degree is always going to need.No longer working Unfortunately since the last update this converter, previously working flawlessly, no longer can convert my .ORF files.
4. Can you please fix this, before I give you a 5 stars.ive been using this app for a couple of years now to convert my Olympus .ORF raw files to .DNG files so I can develop them in Snapseed (which only reads DNG's) on the go.
5. The next size up is rather small, but it would be good enough for me at least to see my photos well enought to be able to delete thoe files I don't need to keep.
6. I assume this is due to nikon's raw format changing on the new cameras, but I would love to figure out if this is something I'm doing wrong! It such a great idea, so far it is the only app for android that can convert photos from several types of raw image into dng format.
7. Otherwise it was a really great tool to edit on the fly.The app works as intended, but it does have some performance issues when converting a batch of RAW files into DNG.
8. If you shoot with a real camera, but want to develop raw on your mobile device, this is an essential part if the workflow.Says to connect to Sony using "Send to Computer"... however my A7 gives the error message that the "information of the computer where the data is to be saved is not set to the device" and suggests connecting via USB to set it... which you can't do.
9. But I need something to both view my Sony raw files on my Loveno pad, and to delete the ones I don't need taking up space as well.
10. But it is hard for me to continue using it since all my dng files converted from CR2 have weird color issues.
11. When I open the dng files in Snapseed, the resolution is very low (looks like the preview res).
