1. And worse, when I called the support agent he told me that I needed to add my payment information first, which didnt work anyway! What does this have to do with a faulty phone number field??? (Telling customers wrong information because it was almost 12pm AKA the end of their shift)!! The WORST support experience ever, and im uninstalling the appHorrible app Not working well and not showing any bills after the update,waste of time it did not show any bills to pay while it is showen on aother apps,required to accept that my info to be used for others ad service which is agains the privacy rights and if i did not accepte it wont work all the services I have contacted the customer service and they did not help at allWorst experience.

Yes I did update the application but no change.app was working fine and i made payments, but now all of a sudden i need to make an important payment online and the app is not working, also no chance to use the website for payments, very frustrating and unreliable BTW i did update the app and cleared the cache as advised by the chat service, and still nothing 😤Hi all, It was working normally but after last Samsung software update, each time I trying to open the application it gives me the error of ( The Application is hooked ) so please need your support urgently.
3. Moreover if you require a proof of payment to older payments you won't be able to retrieve them ! It worth mentioning as well that some of the provided/backend services are not working and still MyFawry App makes it available without any hint that it's not working .. 😞Don't waste your time installing this app.
4. The only solution I found was to remove notifications permission from the app.Completely useless do not install!! The app does not accept my ADSL landline number when I try to recharge the internet (gives me invalid value error).
5. Worst most useless app ever! Every time I try to make a transaction an error appears saying service is currently unavailable, while I'm sure I got all the steps right.
6. As A payment platform .. MyFawry is really good .. however the call center support, communication & chat is really bad.
7. Also, I couldn't even delete my account, contacted the support and as usual, no answers.It mostly works as intended, but the notifications are horrible.
8. Everytime I try to make a payment EGP 1.00 is deducted from my bank account for verification , nevertheless the card is not accepted on Fawry system.. I tried 3 times, however could not pay my bill.
9. Worst ever, don't waste your time trying FAWRY.
10. It keeps sending me promotions, there's no way to disable them from the app settings and to make matters worse, the notification sound is very loud and is on even when the phone is on silent.
11. I tried to reach customer support several times, but no change.
