1. My dutch is not that good and I think I am not the only tourist who would wanted to use this app... With other words I would pay for the premium version in case it would be possible to change to English... Too bad :-(Used to be great, but now the map has issues suddenly.

2. After the update from route.nl to routiq, it looks like there are some leftovers from route.nl which makes the app crash, remove those 2 things and you can enjoy the app again without issues.

3. Please make more updates and new functions and work for my subscription else I will be forced to cancel and switch to for example Komoot.It is a good app but don't pay for the premium.

4. Be AWARE!!!!!Tried to cancel my premium subscription (will be renewed soon), but the site gives an error when I click through.

5. Sent customer service an email but keep getting automated responses! Even if I reply to that email (which it tells me to do when the automated response doesn't solve the problem).

6. In the end I switched to Google maps.Absolutely Pathetic you cannot cancel you premium subscription.

7. 'Route.nl' is a nightmare due to the many voice errorsTried out the pro version on a day out cycling.

1. Fix Routiq | Cycling & Walking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Routiq | Cycling & Walking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Routiq | Cycling & Walking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Routiq | Cycling & Walking" » Open Routiq | Cycling & Walking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Routiq | Cycling & Walking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Routiq | Cycling & Walking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Routiq | Cycling & Walking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Routiq | Cycling & Walking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Routiq | Cycling & Walking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Routiq | Cycling & Walking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Routiq | Cycling & Walking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Routiq | Cycling & Walking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Routiq | Cycling & Walking not working

2. Fix Routiq | Cycling & Walking Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Routiq | Cycling & Walking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Routiq | Cycling & Walking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Routiq | Cycling & Walking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
