(update: it showed up after a few times resaving image from sms)The app has helped in coordinating all my important files and documents in one place and cam be easily retrieved in the PDF STORAGE which I found essentially viable in today's evolving modern techniques in the 21st century digital era Kudos to the app developer.

2. Yet where is rolled forward data mentioned on my bill? ID mobile must make allowances for elderly customers.Every time I want to open a file, I have to view an in-your-face four second, which I am not interested in, ad before I can click skip and view my file.

3. It's simply wonderful.The ads are so irritating.. whenever a person is in hurry to open some documents ads has been there always.... Dont download this app its just pathetic irritating and of no use..... 1 star is also as a soft corner for them.... I should have rated half star... A big failure for this app... They seriously need to work .

7. BYEIntrusive It is always running on my phone and never shuts down.. I am sick and tired of this thing Just sitting on my notifications 24-7.. This is a PDF reader.

1. Fix PDF Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PDF Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PDF Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PDF Reader" » Open PDF Reader – PDF Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PDF Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PDF Reader – PDF Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDF Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDF Reader – PDF Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PDF Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDF Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PDF Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDF Reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PDF Reader not working

2. Fix PDF Reader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PDF Reader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PDF Reader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PDF Reader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
