Why should I report an Issue with Screen Time?

1. It's good for screen time tracking, but shows you an ad every two seconds, even when you're not directly usingn it (after a call for example) - since it needs permision to run in background because of the tracking.

2. This is nothing but a damn waste of time.One star, only because it's one of the leach apps, first it's ok, ads are normal,then it changed my screen saver, then it added an ad on my screen saver.

3. Take this a review with a grain of salt.I think more about using my phone after I can see how much time I use on screen and it's horrifying to realize how long I can stare into my phone.

5. Get something else.Edited- thank you for fixing the timer to be able to move it around the screen! Previous - Always room for improvement but I have had a great experience so far with this app.

6. Help would be appreciated.There is a tiny problem when time runs out user could tap on add 10 minute easily and add more and more times that button should be removed from there and user shouldn't find this option easily.

7. It's a fine app, user wise, but it doesn't differentiate between apps actually being used, and apps that are not being used but are sitting active in "Recent Items" in the background.

8. Everytime I unlocked my phone, it was there, every damn time.

9. The features are interesting where you can limit your apps usage and track your time.

10. Would like the timer that pops up occasionally to be able to move it around on the screen though.

1. Fix Screen Time Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Screen Time: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Screen Time App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Screen Time" » Open Screen Time » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Screen Time » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Screen Time app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Screen Time servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Screen Time" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Screen Time app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Screen Time might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Screen Time. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Screen Time then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Screen Time not working

2. Fix Screen Time Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Screen Time be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Screen Time not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Screen Time may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
