Itcseemscthatvif a payment to the account is made directly to the utility, it doesn't show on the app.Does what is suppose to and make it very easy to check my balance and add money if I need too.Everything is good with the app just can't put less than $25 it should be less just to keep the energy going till more money can be put on the account other than that it's okayEasy to watch usage and make paymentsThe app is handy to keep track of the usage of your utilities.
2. But I will just continue to pay over the phone or by other means because I don't need a payment oopsie again due to being in the dark.The app itself seems to be set up simply and is easy to use.
3. On first login with a new account you are not prompted to change the password from what the electric company has given you.
4. And I don't understand why I need to put my account number in and key token? to make a payment when it's already signed into my account.
5. I have gotten a new phone, and in the alert section it still has phone model info of my last phone and it will not allow me to change it.
6. You really need to put a payment pending on it when you press the authorization button.
7. Also at random times money would disappear and then reappear later down the road.It doesn't open when I need it too.
8. There also doesn't seem to be any option within the app itself to change the password.
9. I'm concerned that with such weak password policies data could be easily stolen.Alert updates not allowed.
10. You have to login to the website instead to be prompted to change it or manually change it.
