I think if Eurostar set expectations lower people would be happier with the app but as it is expectations are high and the results are difficult.Primative, it takes you out of the app all the time, you can't add points from previous travel, you can change seat but can't change meal - even though it gives you options to select, they don't register.
2. Clearer data when updating the app, and as a result almost lost my tickets! Fortunately my partner had taken note of the reference number otherwise we would hav been in trouble! There should be at least a warning about this and the ability to save all tickets to your wallet before being forced to update the app.Too often I get messages that tell me that something is wrong, please try again later.
3. Not sure why I can't acces downloaded tickets or membership status in such a situation.I booked a journey with a transfer, the first train was a Thalys whereas the second was Eurostar.

6. They have fixed bug at the beginning of Jun but now again i am missing 4 put of 5 of my bookings on the mobile app.Confusing choices between which of the Eurostar and rail planner apps to use.
7. When viewing the seats under Manage Booking > View seats, there was no indication that the seats shown were only for the Eurostar.
8. 2 stars because everything else is ok so far.My bookings keep disappearing and from January until may I could not access any of my booking, despite repeated calls to help centre.
9. The poor design of this app made our first cross-border train ride an extremely unpleasant experience.
10. Journeys booked don't appear in my "your tickets" section, old journeys are still showing, I have to "download" tickets for them to show in the app.
11. However, when I searched for tickets again, the app had reset my "from-to" options to the "default" ones.
