1. Fix Eureka Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  2. Update the Eureka App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eureka" » Open Eureka - Cash for Surveys » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eureka » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Eureka - Cash for Surveys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eureka servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eureka - Cash for Surveys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Eureka app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eureka might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Eureka. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eureka then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eureka not working


2. Fix Eureka Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eureka be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eureka not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eureka may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • On August 17, 2021 I revised an e-mail saying $36.91 for Amazon.com to my e-mail, but that’s all I’ve ever gotten. I have yet to receive my payment. Please and thank you for your help!

  • I went over the 10.00 with the last survey and it took money instead of adding the money it was at 9.82 since and with the . 21 cent survey it would have went over instead now I'm at 9.63 and all surveys are locked . I just want the 10.00 and I will delete my account and you won't hear from me again please send it to my pay pal darqueprincess79@redacted thank you.
