- Check Eureka app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eureka might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Eureka. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eureka then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eureka not working
2. Fix Eureka Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eureka be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eureka not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eureka may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

On August 17, 2021 I revised an e-mail saying $36.91 for Amazon.com to my e-mail, but that’s all I’ve ever gotten. I have yet to receive my payment. Please and thank you for your help!

I went over the 10.00 with the last survey and it took money instead of adding the money it was at 9.82 since and with the . 21 cent survey it would have went over instead now I'm at 9.63 and all surveys are locked . I just want the 10.00 and I will delete my account and you won't hear from me again please send it to my pay pal darqueprincess79@redacted thank you.
