Why should I report an Issue with PiPop - Japanese Music TV?

So I supposed you either get tickets each day or you have to pay, I'm sorry but I didn't quite understandNeat and cool app, but many of the videos no longer have working video links or do not have english translations...so kind of defeats the ability to learn japanese if you can't hear or see the translations.Very intuitive app, it just lacks more music but we can wait.

2. I like the idea behind this app, but a lot of songs do not have full English translations yetHello! For the first 2 videos i had enjoyed a lot, it was very fun but I didn't even know about "tickets" And so I thought you had to wait some hours to get more tickets but well around 11 hours passed and I don't have.

3. The only problem is that there are some songs that don't have the translation, but it's ok.kind of lead me on to belive it was a utaite app but its only Jpop,but still even though i don't like Jpop i think it's a great app not only to listen but to learn how to sing these kinds of music.

6. The app has ads even tho I payed to remove them and now the app is going to shutdown at the end of June 2021?Seems cool, but when I open it nothing loads! My internet connection is fine.

1. Fix PiPop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PiPop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PiPop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PiPop" » Open PiPop - Japanese Music TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PiPop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PiPop - Japanese Music TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PiPop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PiPop - Japanese Music TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PiPop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PiPop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PiPop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PiPop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PiPop not working

2. Fix PiPop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PiPop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PiPop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PiPop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
