DX Customer Insights

1. They've sent me an email asking me for photos of my ID and photo of my Card on both sides... These are some proper rockies !!!!! I've lost 3 days with them overall to get a response (which by the way you can't write them through their website as I've tried all possible options).Shittiest app, shittiest service.

2. I'm not going to give permission to my photos, calls, data storage, lock screen, and a slew of other permissions required.The company provide some excellent deals and prices on certain goods that would be far more costly if bought locally.

4. Through the website, nothing but cookies and an email address is collected, so why does the app require complete access to someone's device? This is an online shopping app.

6. I had to delete the app it was so annoyingI am an avid DX shopper, and use the website regularly to purchase cheap items online.

7. I read all of the detailed description of what is included and the pictures of what is included in the One - Net book 3S before I ordered a mini laptop.

8. There is a major delay as you scroll through the listed items, the pictures will change to match the description 1 to 2 seconds after you see the description.

9. One star needed to post this.AVOID DX ... Ordered a product that showed "in stock", did not receive it for a few weeks.

10. They couldn't get it processed! After I've made my order I was anxious to receive them and after 1-2 days y receive the money back.

11. desktop site delivery times changed to 7-18 days also.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DX Issues

1. Fix DX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DX App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DX" » Open DX » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DX » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DX servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DX might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DX then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DX not working


2. Fix DX Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
