Why should I report an Issue with Enphase Enlighten?

1. What notifications *does* the app even do? Never seen one.A very useful and informative app that displays the power flowing through the system, I wish I had an electric power tracker like this years ago! I'll repeat a feature request that I've seen numerous times on the Enphase Community forum - please provide a way to customize and lock the Y axis! Currently, comparing the data visually day-to-day (or in any other time scale) is virtually impossible, because the graph automatically adjusts based on the total power imported/exported.

2. They are excellent; the Enphase app is incredible, and Enphase customer service is hands-down the best I have encountered EVER in dealing with any business.Pages and choices are sometimes not the same as instructions.

3. If you are planning to get battery backup for your solar panels, I would definitely recommend Enphase battery components.

4. But I'm really writing to complain that I didn't get a notification! My device was unable to connect to the microinverters for *weeks* and I didn't even get a notification! If the app detects an error, I expect to be notified! I checked that I have all notifications enabled.

5. The only issue I have with the app is that..while I love to use it in it's native dark mode (looks beautiful!)... the app opens with a bright white screen for two seconds before remembering it's on dark mode.

1. Fix Enphase Enlighten Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Enphase Enlighten: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Enphase Enlighten App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Enphase Enlighten" » Open Enphase Enlighten » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Enphase Enlighten » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Enphase Enlighten app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Enphase Enlighten servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Enphase Enlighten" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Enphase Enlighten app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Enphase Enlighten might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Enphase Enlighten. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Enphase Enlighten then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Enphase Enlighten not working

2. Fix Enphase Enlighten Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Enphase Enlighten be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Enphase Enlighten not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Enphase Enlighten may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
