1. Every few months this app stops working, force closes, demands new access to your personal information on your phone (make/manage phone calls???? You're a coupon app.

2. Many of same complaints on thier website.What's the reason for them to make & manage phone calls & have access to your contacts?! It's unnecessary, & you can't use without giving an ok.

3. Sadly this will prevent me from being able to go back to the store and Shop without being able to access my 50% coupon codes.

8. It launches, but closes as soon as the create an account screen opens, doesn't give a chance to sign up or log-in.

9. I can't log in! Unique is one of my favorite stores but this app sucks and now I'm not being notified of sales, along with many others I see.

1. Fix MYUNIQUE VIP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MYUNIQUE VIP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MYUNIQUE VIP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MYUNIQUE VIP" » Open MYUNIQUE VIP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MYUNIQUE VIP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MYUNIQUE VIP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MYUNIQUE VIP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MYUNIQUE VIP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MYUNIQUE VIP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MYUNIQUE VIP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MYUNIQUE VIP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MYUNIQUE VIP then reinstall.
