3. Tried taking a test with the software and was told it was updating on a Tuesday to try again on Friday.

1. Restart EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC" » Open EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EduSynch TOEFL, IELTS, & TOEIC might not work.
