Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TOEIC Listening & Reading Issues

1. Fix TOEIC Listening & Reading Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TOEIC Listening & Reading: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TOEIC Listening & Reading" » Open TOEIC Listening & Reading » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TOEIC Listening & Reading » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TOEIC Listening & Reading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TOEIC Listening & Reading servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TOEIC Listening & Reading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TOEIC Listening & Reading app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TOEIC Listening & Reading might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TOEIC Listening & Reading. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TOEIC Listening & Reading then reinstall.
