eDreams Customer Insights

1. Pass on this trash - don't even waste your time or the memory on your phone.Worthless! I decided to use this frustrating, unhelpful app to book a flight.

2. What a junk of an app and service!Useless garbage app! Constant bugs and glitches "Something happened and we can't continue with this booking.

3. I want to love this app because it is easy to look at flights but many of the promises are not what they seem.Per edreams cancelation policy I tried without success to do so.

4. And after my trip they charged me an extra $60 dollars for some flight I never scheduled, and currently still on hold with them for oven an hour.

5. They are quick to grab your money, but not to help.Unfortunately for as easy it is to find a good flight modifying it is not as easy as it is portrayed.

6. I paid over 1400€ with the right to cancel my flight (it costed more than 100€) and the refunded me 87€.

7. Then when trying to contact their "team," you get asked if you have a booking number before you can be switched to an agent and there is just one option- Yes I do and you have to specify it.

8. If I could do a negative rating, this is where it'd put it.Overall bad customer experience... I tried twice, always ending up paying more than expected... of course the small print says it all.. but that is not supposed to be this way.

9. The charged me for an extra ticket, didn't refund it within 7 to 10 days (like they said they would), more like 3 weeks almost.

10. Got to the airport, on opening it sits on a screen saying review your privacy options to start but doesn't let you click the button (and I had done that initially anyway).

11. They promised 80% of the total price if I wanted to cancel my flight, but they let me down at the end.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eDreams Issues

1. Fix eDreams Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart eDreams: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the eDreams App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eDreams" » Open eDreams: Flights, Hotels, Cars » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eDreams » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear eDreams: Flights, Hotels, Cars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eDreams servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eDreams: Flights, Hotels, Cars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eDreams app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eDreams might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eDreams. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eDreams then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eDreams not working


2. Fix eDreams Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eDreams be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eDreams not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eDreams may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi! I accidently registered to your prime subscription and had a charge of 59 dollar on my card although I cant use it - I log in with my account and dont have the prime account section, probably a bug in your system. Thus, I would like to get a refund for your charge, as I dont really have this subscription and I also want to unsubscribe from this prime subscription.
