Why should I report an Issue with Mobile KD?

1. I see the error:"remote is fake".no manual,no tech support.Excellent app & Kit for working autolocksmiths, Please If your going to leave a review in english, dont leave gobbledegook or pidgeon english, there are spell checkers, alas there are also non professional people who dont have a clue, know your vehicles & do your research, your more likely to get help, otherwise leave s**t, get s**t back.

2. I have had problems cloning 2010 Ford F150.Absolutely rubbish.....can't use it until you login.... can't login no code to input ..can't get code ...app can't send code to e-mail ..tried 4 different email accounts..app failed to send to any of them...... absolute waste of time effort and moneyTotally useless, won't generate any remote.

3. Fixed in V7.9.4!!! - After updating to V7.9.0, application crashes when trying to open, if I uninstall and reinstall the app, it will work fine, but if I reboot my phone, it will crash and not open again until I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application.This app has to be used with KD tools to program immo chips and remotes.

4. What will improve the app is the addition of Toyota H (8A) chip copy function so that the competition is not ahead Will update review when it is addedIt works well except that I wished there was an option to look at the frequencies as remote part numbers as well.

5. Cheap OBD tools usually don't work.. If you know what your doing, Mobile KD is a good app to use.Fantastic App and its continuous improvement strategy is excellent.

6. Keeps asking for bluetooth even though the cable is connected to the remote & my phone.Remote is Fake.

7. I used 2 different remote and that software can't generate any of them.

8. Many vehicles require specialist (and expensive) OBD tools to do this.

9. You also need to know how to successfully match the remotes that you made to the car (without damaging the car's electronics).

10. Sometimes it is not easy to work out which is the correct one to use.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile KD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile KD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile KD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
