AiSee Pro Customer Insights

1. I am blown away by all the negative reviews and thought no way the developers and toy company is conning mfers out of money for an app that is trash and a toy that is junk.Garbage! I open it and get rerouted to a different site that asks for $39.95 a month fee.

2. This is terrible because I can't even use the camera, which is the only reason I bought this tool.I keep trying to connect my device, and it says its connected and has excellent signal, but keeps trying to get me to reconnect it.

3. Don't need to click or create account, just go to the app, switch the wifi to the app after opening the gadget.

4. Advertisements are misleading and making us to think we have to create an account to use the app and tool.This last update is trash.

5. When I click on the actual app it just brings me back to the wifi set up and I can't get past that screen.

6. (Btw, the wifi screen will state "connected, no internet".

7. What I needed to do was go to the app icon installed on my phone to actually open the app and click the Home icon within the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AiSee Pro Issues

1. Fix AiSee Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AiSee Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AiSee Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AiSee Pro" » Open AiSee Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AiSee Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AiSee Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AiSee Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AiSee Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AiSee Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AiSee Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AiSee Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AiSee Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AiSee Pro not working


2. Fix AiSee Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AiSee Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AiSee Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AiSee Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
