Why should I report an Issue with AISEE?

1. I get over a 100 notifications from one camera that is only picking up minor light movement in a reflection, snow, and most of the time I can't tell what is setting off movement.

2. It would also be great to be able to improve the ability to play back specific time points such as typing in a time.The layout of the app is fine, but it constantly (every few seconds to every 4 minutes) sends motion notifications.

3. It was going off all night from insects flying by & had to turn the motion thing off; this motion thing was the main purpose for buying the camera.

4. Even when the alarm is on its lowest setting! I'll get notifications all day of screenshots that show nothing happening, yet there are no screenshots from when I walk my dog right in front of the camera.

9. I had to disable my motion alerts because it goes off for every movement, even on the lowest sensitivity setting.

10. The only way I can view what it picks up is by checking the pictures it takes when it detects movement, but that feature is awful as well.

1. Fix AISEE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AISEE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AISEE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AISEE" » Open AISEE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AISEE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AISEE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AISEE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AISEE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AISEE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AISEE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AISEE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AISEE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AISEE not working

2. Fix AISEE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AISEE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AISEE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AISEE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
