I have been trying to get my unemployment since June of last year. My Pui goes back to last February. The issue was my ID. I have sent it to them multiple times with my social security card with the letter they needed. I have even gone far as contacting the governor's office. They did respond back saying that they did contact them. I still have the email. This was Febuary 26, 2021. They asked them to let me know if there was anything else that the unemployment office needed from me to let me know. I spoke with an agent shortly after and was told there was nothing else that they needed. I contacted them today, now they are saying I need to protest a decision that I have already protested and I need to send in the same Identification that they have received multiple times. It has been over a year. I have survived the whole year with nothing if I had not received my stimulus checks. Mind you I am a mother of 5 and I have 14 grand children. If there's anything you can help me with it would be appreciated. Can you contact me either way? Don't know what else to do. I live in Muskegon Michigan. Thank you.
