1. Guess I'm off to Macy's! 😕there is no app, it just takes you to a browser link... save your time and just open the website yourself.HORRIBLE! Works half the time and for the past week has "been experiencing technical difficulties ".

2. Useless, don't bother with this app!Terrible! Payments take over 24 hours to post so if you have a prepaid card and want to load money on it to make a purchase you have to ring up your purchase find out the total then put the money on a whole day in advance and hope it's available.

3. I just want to see inventory and option available NOT PAY A BILL! Too much effort to shop and when you select "shop" it takes you to the website.

4. The shopping just takes you to the Dillards website and still requires manual entry of the 30 digit reward certificate number.

5. Hilariously dated and 10-15 years behind other department store apps, like Macy's.

6. Shopping is via browser and there is no way to tell if an item is available at your store.

7. Even worse, for bill payments, it pulls up the browser but forces the unsightly desktop view.

8. After posting my review and then reading other reviews, it's clear that this app has been problematic--aka WORTHLESS--for 2 years.

9. To look through store items, it takes you to an in-app browser.

10. I set aside a purchase a week in advance and ended up not being able to get it.Marginal experience at best.

1. Fix Dillard's Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dillard's: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dillard's App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dillard's" » Open Dillard's » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dillard's » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dillard's app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dillard's servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dillard's" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dillard's app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dillard's might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dillard's. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dillard's then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dillard's not working

2. Fix Dillard's Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dillard's be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dillard's not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dillard's may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
