DigitalPour Customer Insights

1. The UI is not friendly at all, super clunky.App was great for the first couple of months but now crashes everything I open it attempting to check local beers on tap.Can you add a widget please? When I go to show customers the menu I wanna instantly be able to show them live without fumbling thru phone to find the app.

2. Seems like from other reviews this was an issue years ago, so I don't have hope of this getting fixed.Great menu app, and I would like to suggest notifications features, for example I would like to get notified when my favorite place taps a new beer.

3. Interface is great, and my favorite bar keeps their taplist updated thru the app... But 90% of the time the app crashes on loading.Pretty poor UI - obviously created by an engineer and not a designer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DigitalPour Issues

1. Fix DigitalPour Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DigitalPour: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DigitalPour App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DigitalPour" » Open DigitalPour: Pocket Beer Menu » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DigitalPour » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DigitalPour: Pocket Beer Menu app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DigitalPour servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DigitalPour: Pocket Beer Menu" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DigitalPour app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DigitalPour might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DigitalPour. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DigitalPour then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DigitalPour not working


2. Fix DigitalPour Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DigitalPour be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DigitalPour not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DigitalPour may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
